What should I do if I can't find my driver at the airport?
You and the driver will receive each other's contact details a few hours before pick-up. If you're having difficulty locating your driver, please contact our support team for prompt assistance.

What's the maximum time I can book a chauffeur?
You can book a chauffeur for anywhere between 2 and 24 hours.
Can I add more hours to my booking?
Yes, you can extend your booking if needed. Just let us know, and we'll send you a payment link for the extra hours once approved.

How do I book a tour?
To get started, submit your tour request using our online form. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your preferences, finalize all trip details, and answer any questions. After everything is agreed upon, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your personalized itinerary, including all trip information and payment instructions.
Can I customize the tour based on my needs?
You can customize every last bit of the experience, from points of visit to time spent per landmark to adding in an extra food stop within the booked time.
Will there be an official tour guide?
You will have a professional local "Athens Taxi Hub" driver who knows Athens well.
What is included in the tour?
